Party Rental Notes
Delivery
We do provide delivery and pickup at the cost of $4.00/mile round trip. This fee helps to cover the cost of our time, fuel, and wear + tear on our vehicles/trailers.
Tent Rental
*If renting a tent, it is worth noting that the location must:
-Be on level ground.
-Be at least 15ft away from any powerline.
*If the tent will be set up on grass/gravel/dirt, the preferred method of anchoring is staking the tent into the ground. In this case, The owner of the property, or host of the property will be required to sign a waiver stating that S&T Party Rentals LLC is not liable for any damage done to any utilities in the process of setting up/staking the tent. If the owner of the property, or host of the event acknowledges that there are underground utilities, and we cannot stake into the ground. We can then bring in tent ballasts, at an extra cost, to anchor the tent appropriately. *You can call 811 to come out and mark your property for utilities prior to the event FOR FREE*
*If the event is taking place on an asphalt or concrete surface, we will need to bring in tent ballasts, at an extra cost, in order to properly anchor the tent.
